The AGFA D2 radiographic technical film is intended for control of electronic components, composite materials, cast parts (light metals and alloys), and multi-film equipment.
Types of packages and format:
FW (sheets of film between sheets of paper): 30x40 cm (100 sheets).
Storage conditions.
Film boxes should be stored on the edge, away from chemicals. The optimal storage temperature is + 4 ° C ÷ + 24 ° C; relative humidity 50-60%; radioactive background <90 nGy / h.
At storage temperatures below + 4 ° C (as opposed to exposure to elevated temperature), no irreversible changes in sensitometric parameters occur. However, after keeping the film at low temperatures, the box with the film should be opened only after it is warmed to the working temperature range (4 ° C ÷ 24 ° C). Otherwise, condensation of moisture on the photolayer is possible, which may lead to a change in its uniformity and adhesion of the film.
Provided proper storage, the manufacturer guarantees the safety of products for at least 1.5 years. The shelf life of AGFA NDT products is indicated on the packaging.
Lighting conditions for chemical-photographic processing.
Chemical-photographic processing of radiographic films should be carried out in nonactinic illumination λ> 520 nm, using an olive-green light filter (Agfa G7) or a red light filter (Agfa R1) or LED illumination λ = 590 / λ = 660 nm.
