Recommendations for the dilution of fixative concentrate G335 for film processing (in accordance with the icons located on the cans).
The retail package of fixer G335 (1 box) consists of two identical semi-sets, each of which, in turn, consists of two components. Each of the semi-sets can be diluted up to 20 liters of working solution. To dilute one half-set of fixer, you need to pour 5 liters of concentrate (component A) into the container with 10 liters of water (water temperature from + 15ºС to + 40ºС), then add to the resulting solution the remaining 3.75 liters of water. ATTENTION! After each addition of the next component of the concentrate, the solutions should be thoroughly mixed.
Storage conditions for AGFA NDT chemicals:
During storage, chemical reagents should have optimal temperature limits, which, in accordance with regulatory and technical documentation, constitute a temperature range from + 4ºС to + 23ºС.
The positive temperature range of application of these chemicals is primarily associated with a high water content in their composition. These chemical reagents at low temperatures (up to -50 ° C) slightly change their physicochemical properties.
In case of freezing of chemical reagents, it is necessary to thaw them at room temperature and use them as usual.
The same applies to chemical reagents of the STRUCTURIX brand for automatic X-ray film processing.
The table shows data on the configuration and consumption of chemical reagents. These data will also allow to determine the total weight and dimensions when delivering the required amount of chemicals.
