The portable X-ray unit "RPD-160 S" is an ultra-light and small-sized apparatus of constant potential for radiographic monitoring. The X-ray portable device "RPD - 160" is intended for radiographic quality control of welded joints of pipelines, installation and building structures, castings and forgings of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, both in field and in shop operating conditions.
The device "RPD-160" is intended for operation in the following conditions:
- ambient air temperature from - 40 to + 40 ° C;
- relative air humidity not more than 80% at a temperature of 25 ° C;
- atmospheric pressure from 84 to 107 kPa
The device RPD-160 S consists from:
- monoblock "RPD - 160 C" (emitter unit - BI);
- power supply and control unit “RPD - 160 С” (БПУ) mounted in a plastic case;
- remote control with cable (RC);
- autonomous power supply, battery 24V 10A (IAP), mounted in a plastic case with built-in charger;
- connecting cable (monoblock - control unit block);
- network cable with euro plug;
- autonomous power cable (IAP - BPU);
- cable of the network charger;
- signal lamp on a magnet with a cable (for RPD-160).
